1. Overview
Finance Tracker (“the app”) is a private, internal financial dashboard operated
by Adstract Media & Marketing (“Adstract”). It is provided for use by Adstract’s
directors and their authorised household members only. It is not a public
product and is not offered, licensed, or sold to any third party.
By using the app, an authorised user agrees to these terms.
2. Licence and permitted use
Adstract grants authorised users a limited, non-transferable, revocable right to
use the app to view financial information belonging to Adstract and its
directors. Use is restricted to the individuals whom Adstract has expressly
authorised.
3. Read-only access to connected services
The app connects to third-party services, including QuickBooks Online, Starling,
and Monzo, on a strictly read-only basis. The app never writes to, alters,
or initiates any transaction, payment, or transfer in any connected account. It
reads data only in order to display it.
4. No financial or tax advice
Figures, forecasts, dividend estimates, and tax calculations shown in the app
are for information and planning only. They are not financial, accounting, or
tax advice, and should not be relied upon in place of advice from a qualified
professional. Adstract’s accountant remains the authority on filed figures.
5. No warranty
The app is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranty of any kind.
While we take care to display accurate data, we do not warrant that the app will
be uninterrupted, error-free, or that every figure is complete or current.
6. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Adstract accepts no liability for any
loss or damage arising from use of, or reliance on, the app or the information
it displays.
7. Suspension and termination
Adstract may suspend, restrict, or withdraw access to the app, and may disconnect
any connected service, at any time.
8. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and any dispute is
subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
